Newry Air Rifle Club

N.A.R.C record breaker shoot took place in the now famous conditions of the quarry.
It was unusually calm for the club grounds but a fishtailing head/tail wind left things very difficult and quite a few scratching their heads.
The course was a 40 target course with lots of extreme angle shots to test who knew how their guns performed Conor Mcflynn is now the course record holder with 33 ex 40 and is now quite a bit richer having pocketed the entries Conor is proving to be a threat with his consistency .
We at N.I.F.T.A are delighted the BOGMAN’S football career is over and he has stopped chasing boys around all day!!
He narrowly piped Dermot “The Wizard “Ross who was on level pegging with Conor to the last lane.
Dermot dropped a stander and then proceeded to beat himself up after Saul refused the offer to kick the S*#?t outta me!!
Saul King upheld home honours with third place after a shoot off with Dave O’Hara.
The hunter field target was won by Walter Beattie and Rodney wilis walked away with the cash fund in the H.F.T class

The N.I.F.T.A winter league starts on 28th October in Newry’s ground all enquires to Peter Ohagan.
